Our DEL (Digital Experience Lab) class is off to a great start this year. We introduce technology & media as a special privilege to our 3rd level students in Lower Elementary, giving them an introduction to the mindsets and skills we value at HPMS. Our first unit of the year is always focused on Information. Last year, students focused on mapping our ‘HPMS Solar System.’
This year, we’re focused on creating a ‘Dictionary of the Future’! Students are learning about how new words are added to the dictionary, and what the benefits of digital & online dictionaries can be. Below are some images of students brainstorming.
