// Curriculum Update: Week of Feb. 18 //

On Friday we went on a field trip to an aquarium and we saw a sea lion show! We saw the sea lion do tricks and we saw other types of fish! There was a tunnel that we could go in to see the sea life up close, and there were sharks in it! This week Ms. Hannah gave us a lesson on supporting the “Main Idea.” Mr. Brendan gave us a lesson on the different types of energy and we split into groups and acted out the different types of energy (without using our voices, which was very tricky, but we did it!)  On Thursday some of us started reading our Writers’ Workshop books to the entire class!
