// Curriculum Update: Week of Jan 7 //

This week we learned about parts of of a plant during a whole group lesson with Mr. Brendan, and we also learned about he water cycle.  We also started talking about the differences between fiction and non-fiction books, and the first levels learned all about the U.S. Quarter. The most exciting part of this week was our field trip! We saw a play based on the book Ms. Hannah has been reading to us, “The Phantom Tollbooth”!
