And meanwhile, other butterflies sipped from the kale blossoms!

In the garden, Curley took to the chive blossoms immediately!

One of our butterflies was never able to straighten its wings, creating conversation about critters with special needs but the same wants (freedom, flowers). We named him Curley Lovey Butterfly.

Conditions were right for a Friday butterfly release celebration on the roof!

Also exciting: our butterflies emerged from their chrysalises on Monday!
